Clinton W. Teston ’07
Clint Teston is a dedicated partner at Teston & Burruss, PC, where he and his law partner, Jason Burruss, have represented clients across North Georgia in personal injury, criminal defense and family law cases since forming the law firm in 2019. With extensive jury trial experience, Clint has successfully advocated for clients at the state and appellate levels, achieving numerous favorable verdicts for those injured and wrongfully accused. His commitment to excellence is driven by a personal mission: to out-prepare, out-strategize, and outperform the opposing side, consistently delivering results that exceed client expectations.
A proud graduate of North Georgia College and State University, where he was an active member of the Corps of Cadets, the Mountain Order of Colombo and the Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity, Clint later earned his law degree from the University of Georgia School of Law. His journey has been shaped by invaluable lessons; early in his career, a fellow public defender encouraged him to “be yourself,” guiding him to discover his authentic trial style. This advice has become a cornerstone of his approach, emphasizing that true effectiveness comes from being genuine. Clint also values adaptability, having shifted from a planned career in finance to law. He believes that while having a plan is important, being flexible can lead to discovering one’s true passions and achieving fulfillment.
Clint resides in Gainesville with his wife, Natalie, who is also an attorney, and their two sons. A devoted family man, Clint cherishes spending quality time with his loved ones and finds relaxation in reading, a passion that has remained steadfast since childhood. Clint Teston is not only a formidable attorney but also a respected community member who exemplifies the values of dedication, kindness, and integrity.
