Jared Arrant

Jared grew up in Blairsville, GA and graduated from Union County High School in 2009. In 2013, Jared graduated Summa Cum Laude from UNG with a degree in business management, earning the management excellence award. After graduating from UNG, Jared moved to St. Louis, MO to begin a career as a financial advisor with Edward Jones. In 2014, after becoming licensed, Jared moved to Commerce, GA to open a new Edward Jones branch office. In 2017, Jared moved to Ellijay, GA, continuing his career with Edward Jones.

Since moving to Ellijay in 2017, Jared has become extremely involved in the community, while building a successful business. He has had the opportunity to serve as the President for the Gilmer County Rotary Club, and was previously honored as Rotarian of the year, twice, with the Banks County Rotary Club. In 2022, Jared served as the Chairman of the Board for the Gilmer County Chamber of Commerce. He also serves on the board for the Georgia Apple Festival.

Most importantly, during his time at UNG, Jared met his wife Caroline and in August 2022, they were blessed with their first child, Anniston.
